Diane Bulick, owner of Bulick Tax Services, LLC is, a seasoned professional with 23 years’ experience in federal and state income tax preparation for individuals and sole proprietor small businesses including rental property owners, farmers and fisherman.  In addition, she prepares multi-state tax returns including CT, MA, RI and beyond.  She is also a registered NY tax preparer.

Her professional background includes 20+ years of corporate and financial accounting experience in the Boston area.   Areas of expertise include Corporate Accounting, Mutual Fund Accounting, Payroll Services, Revenue Management and Property Accounting. 

Diane prides herself in providing personalized service to each and every client to meet their tax preparation and planning needs.  In addition, she provides small business advisory services for companies to help navigate the often complicated process of business set up.

Diane is an Enrolled Agent who stays current with continuous education and seminars to ensure she is up to date in all the newest laws, regulations, information, and techniques in her field. Her education also includes a BSBA in Accounting from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. She is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals.
